a) order in council 1452/96 is rescinded, and (

b) approval is given to Forest Renewal BC to enter into agreements under its Forest Community Business Program (the "Program") with the Business Development Bank of Canada, the community futures development corporations, credit unions, local governments and first nations agencies described in the document entitled "Delivery Agents - Forest Community Business Program", a copy of which is on file with the Communities & Workforce Business Unit of Forest Renewal BC, to provide funding to support lending under the Program to a maximum of $30 million for the Program. ) Minister of Forests (This
