OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness, the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services and the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated August 8, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Funding Envelope, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province to the Nova Scotia Health Authority in the total amount not to exceed fifteen million, six hundred and forty-nine thousand, and one hundred dollars ($15,649,100) to contribute to the Healthy Management of Supplies project, effective on and after September 17, 2019.
