OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister Responsible for the Insurance Act dated July 26, 2013, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to authorize the Superintendent of Insurance on behalf of the Minister responsible for the Insurance Act to enter into the Participation Agreement and the Service Agreement in the forms set out in

Schedule "A" and

Schedule "B" respectively, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or in forms of agreement to like form and effect, including the net debt obligation contained in the Service Agreement.
