OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated July 9, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 16 of the Acts of 1990, the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Jennifer Collishaw of Canning, Kings County, as a member of the Management Corporation of the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre, made by Order in Council 2022-223 dated August 31, 2022, effective July 30, 2024.
