OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister assigned the supervision of the administration of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation and pursuant to subsections 7B(5), 7H(1) and 42(4) of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to approve the by-law made by the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated August 2, 2001 in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" which is attached to and forms part of the report and recommendation effective on, from and after September 12, 2001.
