OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated October 4, 2001, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 147 of the Acts of 1970, the Saint Mary's University Act, as amended by
Chapter 107 of the Acts of 1982, is pleased to appoint Larry Hood of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Saint Mary's University Board of Governors for a term of office of three years commencing November 1, 2001.
