Order in Council 343/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to sections 2 and 8 of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Act, 2016 (the “ Act ”),

Garth Blair Cowper-Smith, of Toronto, Ontario

be appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (“Authority”) and as such becomes a member of the Authority, for a period of two years effective the date of this Order in Council.
