B.C. Reg. 116/2012 , deposited May 31, 2012, pursuant to the INSURANCE CORPORATION ACT [section 47] and the UTILITIES COMMISSION ACT [section 3]. Order in Council 337/2012, approved and ordered May 31, 2012.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

section 3 (1) (

c) of Special Direction IC2 to the British Columbia Utilities Commission, B.C. Reg. 307/2004, is amended

(

a) in subparagraph (ii.2) by striking out " and ", and

(

b) by adding the following subparagraph:

(ii.3) for 2012 and subsequent years, to make the payments that the corporation has agreed to make under the agreement dated for reference April 1, 2012, between the corporation and the government as represented by the Minister of Justice and Attorney General entitled " Traffic and Road Safety Law Enforcement Funding Memorandum of Understanding ", including amendments and extensions to that agreement, and .
