OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness and the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal and dated June 2, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, and
Section 16 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, is pleased to approve the provision or use of funds by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province in the total amount not to exceed two million, five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000.00) over the next two fiscal years to complete functional programming, a facility feasibility study, facility assessments, site investigations, schematic design and design development for the redevelopment of the Yarmouth Regional Hospital Emergency Department, effective October 20, 2020.
