OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated February 20, 2024, and pursuant to Sections 15, 16 and 18 of

Chapter 37 of the Acts of 2022, the Invest Nova Scotia Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint J. Colin Dodds of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member and Chair of the Invest Nova Scotia Advisory Board for a term of three (3) years commencing March 7, 2024; (

b) appoint Charlotte Murray of Truro, Colchester County, as a member and Vice-chair of the Invest Nova Scotia Advisory Board for a term of three (3) years commencing March 7, 2024; (

c) appoint Keltie Jones of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) and David Nurse of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, as members of the Invest Nova Scotia Advisory Board, both for a term of three (3) years commencing March 7, 2024; (

d) order that J. Colin Dodds be remunerated for his service in the amount of $250 per day or $125 per half day as Chair, and that Charlotte Murray be remunerated for her service in the amount of $200 per day or $100 per half day as Vice-chair, and that both be reimbursed for expenses incurred in fulfilling their duties as Chair and Vice-chair, respectively, provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally payable to members of the civil service; and (

e) order that Keltie Jones and David Nurse be remunerated for their service in the amount of $200 per day or $100 per half day and be reimbursed for expenses incurred in fulfilling their duties as members of the Invest Nova Scotia Advisory Board provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally payable to members of the civil service.
