OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated June 28, 2023, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables: (

a) issuing a lease to the Beaver Bank Community Hall Association, a society with its registered office at Beaver Bank, Halifax County, its successors, trustees, and permitted assigns for Crown lands containing approximately 7.6 hectares (18.8 acres), as shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
