B.C. Reg. 28/2004, deposited January 30, 2004, pursuant to the MISCELLANEOUS STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3), 2003 [Section 65]. Order in Council 70/2004, approved and ordered January 30, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor,

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective

January 31, 2004, the following provisions of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment

Act (No. 3), 2003, S.B.C. 2003, c. 96, are brought into force by this regulation:

(

a) sections 27 and 46 to 50;

(

b) section 57, insofar as it repeals "Medical

and Health Care Services Appeal Board" from the

Schedule to the Public Sector

Employers Act.
