OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of Emergency Management dated March 18, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 25 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1990, the Emergency Management Act, is pleased, effective on and after April 22, 2008, to (

a) repeal the State of Emergency Regulations, N.S. Reg. 17/92, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 92-61 dated January 21, 1992; and (

b) make new regulations respecting state of emergency forms in the form set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
