AN ACT TO RE'PEAL THE HEALTH INSURANCE PREMIUMS ACT (Assented to , 1977) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1. The Health Insurance Premiums Act is hereby re pealed. 2. This Act comes into force on a date to be fixed by Proclamation which shall be conditional upon and not ear lier than the ,effective date of an appropriation by the Legislative' A.ssembly' . of mo"nies to the p1.lrposes set out in the Alberta Health Care Insurance Act to replace those monies previously collected under the Health Insurance Premiums Act.
