Order in Council 1293/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Robert Wright was appointed a part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a term of two years, effective March 27, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 642/2018;

And

whereas Robert Wright tendered his resignation effective June 21, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act , Order in Council O.C. 642/2018 be revoked effective June 21, 2019.
