On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Environmental Appeal Board Procedure Regulation, B.C. Reg. 1/82, is amended in

section 4 (4) by striking out "the Minister of Health" and substituting "the Minister of Healthy Living and Sport".
