OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated November 4, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 36 of the Acts of 2001, the Pharmacy Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to reappoint the following persons as members of the Council of the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists, each for a two year term commencing December 1, 2004, and ending November 30, 2006: Franklyn Burgoyne of Mader's Cove, Lunenburg County; and Jean Mary McDougall of Chester Basin, Lunenburg County.
