Order in Council 700/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to

section 4 of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act, a French Language University Planning Board was established by O.C. 919/2016 for a period ending no later than March 31, 2017, which term was continued for a period from April 1, 2017 and ending no later than September 30, 2017 by O.C. 647/2017;

And

whereas O.C. 919/2016 provided that the members of the Board shall be appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council for terms ending no later than March 31, 2017, and O.C. 647/2017 provides that those terms of appointment may be continued for terms from April 1, 2017 and ending no later than September 30, 2017;

Therefore ,

Fété Ngira-Batware Kimpiobi, Welland

is re-appointed, subject to the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, as a member, who is not a student, of the French Language University Planning Board for a term effective April 1, 2017, and ending no later than September 30, 2017.
