Protection of Privacy Act.

1 The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy

(Ministerial) Regulation (AR 56/2009) is amended by this

Regulation.

Section 1 is amended by adding the following after

clause (d):

(

e) Alberta Innovates - Bio Solutions;

(

f) Alberta Innovates - Health Solutions;

(

g) Alberta Innovates - Energy and Environment Solutions;

(

h) Alberta Innovates - Technology Futures;

(

i) Alberta Research and Innovation Authority;

(

j) Alberta Research and Innovation Committee.

AUTO BODY TECHNICIAN TRADE AMENDMENT REGULATION

Industry Training Act and approved by the Minister of Advanced Education and

Technology on February 9, 2010 pursuant to

section 33(2) of the Apprenticeship and

Industry Training Act.

1 The Auto Body Technician Trade Regulation

(AR 161/2008) is amended by this Regulation.

2 Sections 6(q), 11(m), 16(

m) and 21(

i) are repealed.
