a) Simrita Johal is appointed Executive Assistant in the Ministry of Community, Aboriginal and Women's Services to work in the office of the Minister of State for Women's Equality, a position that will require the appointee to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council, and (

b) the appointee's remuneration will begin at Step of ML2 of the Compensation Guidelines for Executive Assistants attached to order in council 1230/93 with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category C appointments in Order in Council 806/89.
