OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration dated January 20, 2022, and pursuant to Sections 3, 5 and 6 of
Chapter 37 of the Acts of 2010, the Labour Board Act , is pleased to: (
a) appoint Jasmine Walsh of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as full-time Chair of the Labour Board for a term of five (5) years commencing March 15, 2022; and (
b) direct that remuneration, benefits and other terms and conditions of Jasmine Walsh’s appointment be outlined by contract.
