Notice of Protected Water Supply Area

under the

Environment Act

(O.C. 96-153)

Under the authority of

section 10 of the Environment Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the area generally known as the Feeder Brook Water Supply Area for the Community of McIvers as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 420000 5435000 65 00' for a distance of 750 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 301 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 3 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 200 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 48 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 138 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 750 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 35 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 775 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 357 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 525 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 46 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 77 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 400 metres;
