OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated March 31, 2005, pursuant to subsection (3) of
Section 103 of
Chapter 28 of the Acts of 2000, the Justice and Administration Reform
(2000) Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 99 to 102 of
Chapter 28 of the Acts of 2000, the Justice and Administration Reform
(2000) Act, come into force on and not before April 22, 2005.
