Order in Council 1453/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to

Section 13 of the Ministry of Natural Resources Act and

Section 23 of the Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act, 2006 ,

Julia Madden of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Parks Board of Directors, and ordered to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
