LEVY) AMENDMENT REGULATION

January 2, 2013 pursuant to sections 10(1)(aa) and 73(1) of the Oil and Gas

Conservation Act.

1 The Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations (AR 151/71)

are amended by this Regulation.

Section 16.530(1) is amended

(

a) by striking out "2012-2013 fiscal year" and

substituting "2013-2014 fiscal year";

(

b) by striking out "February 4, 2012" wherever it occurs

and substituting "February 2, 2013".
