OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated March 27, 2008, and pursuant to clauses 2(b), 2(c), 3(1)(c), 3(1)(d), and

Section 5 of

Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, is pleased to: (

a) amend Order in Council 2003-290, as amended by Order in Council 2004-207, which provided financial assistance to Credit Union Central of Nova Scotia and Nova Scotia Co-operative Council, on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" annexed to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated March 27, 2008; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such guarantees, agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
