OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated October 6, 2005, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint the following persons as Adjudicators of the Small Claims Court, each for a further term of office commencing November 1, 2005, and ending October 31, 2010: Alan Stanwick of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; Lawrence O'Neil of Port Hawkesbury, Inverness County; and R.K. Murray Judge of Annapolis Royal, Annapolis County, and Digby, Digby County, (
b) determine the remuneration for Alan Stanwick, Lawrence O'Neil and R.K. Murray Judge to be at the rate determined by Order in Council 2005-52 dated February 11, 2005, and Order in Council 2005-153 dated April 14, 2005, and as amended from time to time by the Governor in Council.
