AN ACT TO AMEND THE FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT (Assented to , 1976) HER MAJESTY, by. and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, enacts as follows: ~. The Financial Administration Act is hereby amended. 2.

Section is amended by adding the following sub

section thereto: "

(3) The Auditor shall make an annual examination of the records of (

a) Alberta Energy Company, and (

b) Pacific Western Airlines Ltd., and shall report to the shareholders of those companies on the financial statements required by and in the manner pro vided by The Companies Act, and shall be the auditor of those companies for the purposes of that Act." 3.
