CHAPTER 15

An Act to amend The

Interpretation Act, 1995 (Assented to May 30, 2018) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title 1 This Act may be cited as The

Interpretation Amendment Act, 2018. SS 1995, c I-11.2,

section 27 amended 2(1)

Section 27 of The

Interpretation Act, 1995 is amended in the manner set forth in this section. (2) Subsection (1) is amended by repealing the definition of “privatize”. (3) Clause (5)(

b) is repealed. Coming into force 3 This Act comes into force on assent.

CHAPITRE 15 Loi modifiant la Loi d’interprétation de 1995 (Sanctionnée le 30 mai 2018) SA MAJESTÉ, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative de la Saskatchewan, édicte :

Titre abrégé 1 Loi modificative de 2018 sur l’interprétation. LS 1995, c I-11.2, modification de l’article 27 2(1) L ’article 27 de la Loi d’interprétation de 1995 est modifié de la manière énoncée au présent article.

(2) Le paragraphe (1) est modifié par abrogation de la définition de « privatiser ».

(3) L’alinéa (5)

b) est abrogé. Entrée en vigueur 3 La présente loi entre en vigueur sur sanction.
