Memb of the Executive Council I PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Counpil ea. 546 , Approved and Ordered APR — 6 Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) Raj Sihota is appointed Executive Assistant to the Deputy Premier and Minister of Labour being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council; (

b) Raj Sihota be paid as an Executive Assistant pursuant to the Compensation Guidelines attached to Order in Council 1310/93, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category C appointments in Order in Council 806/89; (

c) the appointment of Raj Sihota made by Order in Council 1104/99 is rescinded. Minister of Multiculturalism and Immigration and Minister Responsible for the Public Service (This
