OIC Text: \x09The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated February 26, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: \x09(a)\x09extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system containing 9,881 square feet, more or less, situate at or near Barrachois, in the County of Cape Breton and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown crosshatched in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; \x09(b)\x09convey the land to James Bona and Marlene Bona, husband and wife, both of North Sydney, in the County of Cape Breton, for the price of $3,949.30; and \x09(c)\x09authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
