Order in Council 781/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3 (4) of the Securities Act ,

Wendy Berman , of Toronto, Ontario

is reappointed as a member of the Ontario Securities Commission for a term not exceeding six months commencing on June 19, 2021; and

Pursuant to subsection 3 (5) of the Securities Act , Wendy Berman is designated as Vice-Chair of the Ontario Securities Commission for the term of her appointment as a member of the Commission; and

Pursuant to subsection 3.6 (6) of the Securities Act and subsection 2 (3) of the Public Service Pension Plan set out in

Schedule 1, as amended, to the Public Service Pension Act , Wendy Berman is, for the term of her appointment as a member of the Ontario Securities Commission, designated and entitled to be a member of the Public Service Pension Plan.
