Order in Council 1628/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Linda Markell was reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective January 24, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1769/2019;

And

whereas Linda Markell tendered her resignation effective September 26, 2020;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1769/2019 be revoked effective September 26, 2020.
