Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated August 8, 2006, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) convey an easement containing 1,402 square metres, more or less, situate at Upper Tantallon, in the County of Halifax, and more particularly described and shown outlined in red on

Schedule "A", which

schedule is attached to and forms part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the easement to Nova Scotia Power Inc. in exchange for Nova Scotia Power Inc.'s release of another easement encumbering a portion of the HRM Western High School lands; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Grant of Easement in such form as the Minister determines.
