Order in Council 1149/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Nicholas Robinson was appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective December 22, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1883/2021;

And

whereas Nicholas Robinson tendered his resignation effective May 2, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(1) and 3(2) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Order in Council O.C. 1883/2021 be revoked effective May 2, 2022.
