, I designate the area generally known as the

Boland's Pond Water Supply Area

for the Town of

Keels

as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Bonavista South abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 322,282 metres and northing 5,385,923 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 100 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 322,376 metres and northing 5,385,889 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 551 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 322,927 metres and northing 5,385,885 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 144 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 323,051 metres and northing 5,385,812 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 756 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 322,583 metres and northing 5,385,218 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 977 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 321,892 metres and northing 5,384,527 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 611 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 321,969 metres and northing 5,385,133 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 421 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 322,040 metres and northing 5,385,548 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 400 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 322,167 metres and northing 5,385,927 metres;

Then running in a

easterly direction for a distance of 115 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.

All coordinates refer Zone 22 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.

The Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Bolands Pond
