Order in Council 1791/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 14(1) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006 , S.O. 2006, c. 16,

Robert Siddall

be appointed as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Metrolinx to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding the sooner of three months or the appointment of a full term Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2017.

Further , Order in Council numbered O.C. 643/2017 dated March 24, 2017 be revoked effective September 1, 2017.

Further, pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006 , c. 16, Order in Council numbered O.C. 644/2017 dated March 24, 2017 be revoked effective September 1, 2017.

And further, pursuant to subsection 14(5) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 645/2017 dated March 24, 2017 be revoked effective September 1, 2017.
