Statute: Treasure Trove Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 14, 2010, and pursuant to Sections 3 and 4 of

Chapter 477 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Treasure Trove Act, and

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased, effective on and after November 9, 2010, to: (

a) amend Order in Council 2010-282 dated July 13, 2010, by deleting "LeChameau Explorations Limited" and substituting "Robert K. MacKinnon"; and (

b) authorize the Minister to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
