OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage dated April 5, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 22 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Act , is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Mayann Francis as a member of the Board of Governors of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2014-208 dated June 3, 2014, effective October 1, 2015; and (
b) appoint Bonita Kirby of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax); Irene d’Entremont of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County; Barbara MacKinnon of Truro, Colchester County, Malcolm Fraser of Chester, Lunenburg County, and Stan Kutcher of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as members of the Board of Governors of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, for a three year term effective June 7, 2016.
