Order in Council 822/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Kenneth Craig Nixon of Barrie be reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective September 22, 2025.
