Order in Council 661/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Order in Council O.C. 193/2022 dated February 3, 2022, as amended, established the Portable Benefits Advisory Committee;

Therefore, pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario,

Allan Shapira of Toronto

be appointed as member of the Portable Benefits Advisory Committee to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond August 2, 2023, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
