Order in Council 69/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council numbered O.C. 840/2020, Steven Pattison was reappointed as a Deputy Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards for the period not extending beyond January 15, 2021;

And

whereas it is desirable to further reappoint Steven Pattison as a Deputy Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005, as amended, Steven Pattison be further reappointed as a Deputy Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards, effective the later of January 16, 2021 or the date this Order in Council is made, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond January 15, 2022.
