Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated October 3, 2006, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose of certain lands containing 800 square metres, more or less, situate at or near Pinehurst, in the County of Lunenburg and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown crosshatched in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the land to Peter E. McKean and Darlene M. McKean of Pinehurst, in the County of Lunenburg, for $500.00, together with an administrative charge of $200.00 for a total of $700.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
