Statute: Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated January 21, 2016, and pursuant to Sections 3, 4 and 6 of

Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2005, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act, is pleased to: (

a) re-appoint Wayne F. Mason of Halifax Regional Municipality (Waverley) as a member and Chair of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission for a term of three years commencing March 14, 2016; and (

b) order that Wayne F. Mason be remunerated for his services in the amount of $18,200 per year and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling his duties as member and Chair, provided that any such reimbursement does not exceed that normally payable to members of the civil service.
