Statute: Film and Creative Industries Nova Scotia Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated March 19, 2013, and pursuant to Sections 6 and 7 of

Chapter 20 of the Acts of 1990, the Film and Creative Industries Nova Scotia Act , is pleased to: (

a) re-appoint Cheryl Hodder of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as Chair of the Board of Directors of Film and Creative Industries Nova Scotia for a term of one (1) year commencing August 6, 2013; and (

b) order that Cheryl Hodder of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), be remunerated for her service in the amount of $100 per meeting and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling her duties as member of the Board of Directors provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
