Order in Council 2038/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4 (1) of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario Act, 1997 (“Act”),

Denis Boivin, of Ottawa, Ontario

be appointed Vice-Chair of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (and, by virtue of this appointment Vice-Chair of the Tribunal in accordance with subsection 6 (2) of the Act) for a term of two years effective the date of this Order.

Further Order in Council O.C. 1387/2017 is revoked effective the date of this Order.
