OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour dated December 2, 1998, pursuant to subsections 238(2), (3) and (6) and 239(1) of
Chapter 10 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Roland Deveau of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, as a part-time Appeal Commissioner of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal, effective December 18, 1998; and (
b) revoke the appointment of Susan E. Woolway as a full-time Appeal Commissioner of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal, effective December 18, 1998.
