Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated January 9, 2008, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose of certain lands containing 3,760 square metres, more or less, situate at or near Head of Chezzetcook, in the County of Halifax and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown crosshatched in red on

Schedule "B", which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the land to The Rector, Wardens and Vestry of St. James Church, Parish of Seaforth, in the County of Halifax, for the nominal consideration of $1.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
