Order in Council 1495/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Nathalie Fortier was reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board and a full-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Ontario Special Education (French) Tribunal, all for a term of three years, effective July 26, 2015, by Orders in Council O.C. 575/2015, 576/2015, 578/2015 and 579/2015, respectively;

And

whereas Nathalie Fortier tendered her resignation effective July 31, 2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsections 207(2) and 96(2) of the Child and Family Services Act , subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 57(1.1) of the Education Act , Orders in Council O.C. 575/2015, 576/2015, 578/2015 and 579/2015 be revoked effective July 31, 2016.
