Statute: Denturists Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated September 18, 2014, is pleased: (

a) pursuant to clause 6(1)(

a) and subsection 6(2) of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2000, the Denturists Act , to appoint (

i) Diane Carrigan-Weir, of Antigonish, Antigonish County, President, Denturist Society of Nova Scotia as member of the Denturist Licensing Board commencing on November 4, 2014, and expiring on the date her term as President of the Society expires; and (ii) Della Sangster, of Truro, Colchester County, Vice-President, Denturist Society of Nova Scotia as member of the Denturist Licensing Board commencing on November 4, 2014 and expiring on the date her term as Vice-President of the Society expires; (

b) pursuant to clause 6(1)(

a) of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2000, the Denturists Act , to appoint John David Lilly, of Lawrencetown, Annapolis County, and Christopher D. Mason of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as members of the Denturist Licensing Board, each for a term of two (2) years, commencing on November 4, 2014; and (

c) pursuant to clause 6(1)(

b) of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2000, the Denturists Act , to appoint Elizabeth Parenteau, of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford), Loretta M. Beals, of Halifax Regional Municipality (Mineville), and Vernon A. McCully, of Great Village, Colchester County as members of the Denturist Licensing Board, each for a term of two (2) years, commencing on November 4, 2014.
